We always provide delivery estimates for new requests so you can decide which requests to prioritize.
Here's a brief outline:
Smaller design projects (eg. logo design, marketing material, digital ads, social media content, etc.) can take 1-2 business days.
Larger projects (such as a complete brand packages with icons and branded collateral, a comprehensive UX flow map, or a website that requires many unique layouts) can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks depending on complexity.
Definitely! With an active subscription, you can add as many design requests as you want to the design queue. They'll be taken care of one by one in order of the priority you assign.
You'll work directly with me, Paul, I'm the Creative Director and founder of Wildshape. I have a decade of professional design experience, working with a variety of industries and businesses across Canada and the United States. I care about each client that I work with and am grateful for the trust they place in me as their designer.
I work alongside my partner and co-founder Katie, who is responsible for Wildshape's billing and admin.
During our discovery meeting we'll discuss the aesthetic range of your projects and consider the resources, skills, and time required to achieve it. If I have concerns about our project I'll address it to ensure we're the right fit.
We enjoy collaborating with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking for an experienced designer to jumpstart their brand or online presence
We offer unlimited revisions! We won't move on to the next project until you're happy with the design.
Our design programs are Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) depending on the projects requirements.
We use a blend Trello and Notion for our Design Dashboard.
All of our websites are created in Webflow. This provides us with the creative freedom to achieve great results and equip our clients with amazing training videos and resources to learn how to manage content without any coding experience required. You'll be responsible for purchasing your custom domain name (we'll hook it up for free)
Wildshape doesn't offer the following: 3D modeling, animation, and large scale or extensive packaging or design that involves coordinating with third-party manufacturers or suppliers.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to the time commitments and high-quality nature of our work.
